-For our Healthcare Sector, we are looking for a Clinical Specialist at the earliest opportunity.
-The TC Clinical Specialist is responsible for driving and optimizing application training and clinical training in defined Collaborative Training Center across all product lines (CT, MR, Angiography, X-ray, NM & Molecular Image, Radiation Treatment, US, DX): organize the training course by collaboration with the host hospital which local collaborative TC locate in , presentation in training course, collect the training request of county level hospital.

What are my responsibilities?
-The TC Clinical Specialist manage the application training and clinical training by developing and implementing the training plan, cooperating internally with relevant parties such as application team, project management team, business management team, sales team, engineer teams, etc and externally with host hospital which TC locate in, local medical societies, local luminaries, etc.
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Organize Training Courses in Collaborative Training Center
-Responsible to create training plan which is agreed by host hospital, the local top luminaries as speakers, the medical societies, etc.
-Ensure that the customer value of the offered training (e.g. contents, skill and other services) is perceived and transitioned into product offerings;
2.Develop and fulfil training portfolios in Collaborative Training Center
-Develop training courses for defined product (line) in line with the customer service strategic direction: solve training issue multidimensional and proactively, make customer service as one reason to buy Siemens product and service;
-Fulfil or support training courses and workshop with high academic quality and customer attractiveness;
3.Investigate local market with funnel report
-Collect C3 market info and make make market analysis, provide sales funnel monthly;
4.Collaboration research and consultation
-Drive the creation and ensure execution of the collaboration research in cooperation with customers, marketing management;
-Responsible for consultation of optimized protocol, image quality, dose control, workflow, ect.
-Ensure that all the activities are in line with the application service goals: customer satisfaction and business demand;

Professional Knowledge
1.Medical knowledge and skill
-Product knowledge of the relevant products (CT, MR, Angiography, X-ray, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Treatment)
-Application knowledge of the relevant application areas
-Microsoft Office
-Complaint handling

-Corrective and preventive actions
2.Language
-English above 4 grade

-Professional experience
-University level or degree in clinical specialty, medical education degree above bachelor
-At least 2 years of general working experience in an clinical or medical technician role
-Radiology/ cardiology experience is preferred
