Key Job Accountability:
To grow L'Oreal Paris category sales on modern trade shelf for R/LKA by supporting activity design, resource allocation and coordination with field sales
1. Support National Trade Marketing Manager (Shelf) in developing Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards category growth targets and business objectives for R/LKA;
2. Allocate activity resources for R/LKA with the help of field sales (AM) and support activity execution;
3. Build up field intelligence through evaluation of historical Trade Marketing data and competitor activity analysis to optimize promotion mechanism for R/LKA;
4. Recruit, develop and manage Trade Marketing team to ensure development of expertise and know-how in the team;
Technique and Professional Competencies:
1. In-depth market and retail knowledge, esp. in shelf business for R/LKA;
2. Able to translate marketing objectives into creative programs at the retail end;
3. Strong influencing, coordinating and negotiation skills;
4. Excellent data analytic skills;
5. ROI management;
