岗位职责:

Business Management
?Lead and motivate store team to drive company retail sales targets and manage overall P&L in respective region.
?Formulate retail operating strategies and implementation plans to excel retail operation and customer service excellence.
?Monitor and supervise daily operations, develop and reinforce policies and procedures
?Develop and review the standard operating procedures to ensure operation efficiency
?Analyze sell-through figures and develop action plans at store level to achieve productivity targets.

People Management
?Coach and develop regional, district and store operation managers to ensure competencies can cope with company requirements
?Setting of clear goals and priorities for direct reports, Recognize good performance and dealing with under performance
?Manage labor cost according to sales growth, optimize resources of the retail network

Training and Development
?Develop retail training and development program with national training team
?Build talent staffs for future business and retail expansion

任职资格:

Experience:
-Minimum 8 years in retail industry and good in international retail MNC
-Entrepreneurial mindset: used to working with KPI’s and other performance metrics Understanding of retail operations principles and their application in the retail environment
-Strong leadership, management and communication skills, with proven ability to network and foster relationships, both internally and externally
-Good at strategic planning and execution plus service mindset
-Experience in start-up retail operations and merchandising management
-Maintains high level of integrity in business

Education:
Bachelor’s degree and above

Language:
Fluency in Chinese and English
