职位描述：
1、负责公司前台接待及电话接转，预约面试及来访客户的接待和登记工作；
2、收发传真，复印文档，收发信件、报刊、文件等；
3、及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息；
4、负责会议室管理，酒店、火车票、飞机票等差旅预订；
5、负责办理新员工工卡，员工考勤管理、统计，协助上级购置办公设备、办公用品，负责发放及记录；
6、负责办公室的日常管理，固定资产的保管；
7、文件资料与名片管理，快递的收发及票据的整理工作；
8、协助上级领导完成相关工作。

任职资格：

1、形象好，气质佳，具备较强的亲和力，声音甜美，普通话标准；
2、年龄30岁以下，文秘、行政管理及相关专业大专以上学历；
3、二年以上相关工作经验，熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备，及office办公软件；
4、头脑反应灵活，有处理紧急事情的能力，对待工作踏实、积极、稳定、认真负责；
5、具备较强的服务意识，工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚。
