职位描述
职位描述 :
1、各个事业部中英文合同版本的草拟和审核，评估合同风险；
2、按照公司的合同审核流程进行合同文本的存档；
3、公司专利申请、专利文件存档和专利年费缴纳；
4、公司商标申请、商标文件存档；
6、各个子公司劳动争议诉讼、业务争议诉讼处理；
7、集团下属各公司企业注册、变更、注销和年检相关法律事务处理；
8、完成主管交付的其它任务。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，法律专业；
2、具有很强沟通能力、协调能力、语言文字表达能力强；
3、具有很强的亲和力、敬业精神；
4、具备良好的法律谈判技巧及社会关系；
5、具有很强的法律逻辑思维能力，非常强的分析、处理、应变及解决法律问题的工作能力；
6、通晓所属行业法律事务及法规；
7、具有4年以上相关工作经验，至少2 年以上诉讼、仲裁实践经验。
8、良好的中英文写作、口语、阅读能力，熟练操作电脑各类办公应用软件；
9、身体健康，工作热情度高，具备很强的职业操守。
