职位描述：
1、 在上级的指导下，全面参与人力资源管理的日常事务，包括人员配置与招聘甄选、薪酬福利、绩效考核、培训等；
2、参与职位管理、组织机构设置，协助跨部门协调;负责员工的录用、升迁、轮岗、离职手续等人事行政性事务的落实;
3、协助组织劳动合同管理、劳动纪律管理、档案管理、员工奖惩、员工晋升等工作；
4、不断完善部门相关管理流程和制度;公司员工基本信息的管理与维护。
任职资格：
1、28岁以上,本科以上学历。
2、三年以上生产型企业人力资源工作经验，一年以上人力资源管理工作经验，连续二年在一家企业工作经历；
3、熟悉人力资源管理两个以上模块，了解人力资源管理其他模块；
4、有外资或大型非国有企业工作经验，熟悉国家劳动法规；
5、工作认真负责，亲和力较强；
6、能承受较大工作压力，善于学习；
7、良好的英文听、说、读、写能力，熟练使用各种办公软件；
8、做事踏实细心、严谨自律、有条理性，具有极强的责任心和敬业精神；
9、具有时间管理和自我管理能力、沟通协调和表达能力，团队合作和吃苦耐劳精神；
10、具有解决复杂问题的能力、独立工作能力、工作推进能力和极强的执行力；
11、具备激励员工和团队管理能力，分析和决策能力；
12、及时、准确、圆满、出色的完成本职工作以及领导交给的其它工作
