职位描述：
1、产品调研，了解竞争对手的信息，推动市场人员深入调研，调研客户的需求，提出设计思路；
2、"新产品设计，注塑工艺开发，新产品设计合理的工艺流程和技术参数；
3、负责与模具厂家合作进行模具的制作和调试，制定实验方案，验证实验；
4、技术标准建立，新产品技术标准建立；
5、图纸建立，新产品图纸建立；
6、生产技术转移，指导原材料的调研、试验、采购和质量检验，负责跟踪生产设备以及模具的选型、采购和调试；
7、产品注册和专利申请，撰写并修订产品注册标准和专利问题，协助解决检测过程和专利申请中的技术问题 。

任职资格：
1、注塑，高分子，模具专业本科以上学历；
2、熟悉塑料研发,模具加工工艺；
3、具有注塑机制造.塑料工艺调试相关工作经验。
