职位描述
岗位职责：
负责公司代理的美容护肤产品/器械在所在区域的销售管理工作，具体为：
1、开拓当地美容市场,发展新客户, 完成公司制定的区域销售目标；
2、制定具体的业务拓展计划和销售计划，并按此计划执行；
3、保证销售回款、客户关系维护等各项目标的达成；
4、收集市场状况和竞争对手状况等信息，根据分析结果向直属上级提出销售规划建议。
5、团队的建立及销售渠道的完善
任职要求：
1、5年以上化妆品行业销售管理工作经验；熟悉日化线渠道或专业线渠道的销售与运作管理者优先考虑；
2、具备较强的沟通协调能力，较强的执行力及抗压能力；
3、在区域市场有较为熟悉的通路网络关系
4、较强的领导能力和团队管理能力，组建及带领业务团队完成销售目标
