Key Responsibilities
? Build up and maintain a sufficient customer base to achieve the required volume / revenue /profit targets.
? Ensure price and product changes are timely communicated to customers.
? Extremely close co-ordination with marketing team on space utilization
? Provide timely market information on new service and product of competitors, hold product reviews together with sales manager and marketing team.
? Exercise due diligence in all matters
? Clearly communicate with customer service staffs on customer requirement, build up communication channel between customer service and customers for all service related issues, make sure “go to person” is reachable by customer whenever.
? Promoting E-Commerce service to client.
? Establish strong, value-driven & profitable long-term relationships with accounts including main line operators locally.
? Ensure freight is collected in line with the established credit requirements and agreements. Monitor customer adherence to agreed commitments, terms and conditions including outstanding freight.

Who we are looking for
? Strong business and customer understanding;
? Good track record and experience in sales management
? Strong problem-solving ability
? Result oriented and cost awareness
? Understanding of Intra-Asia market is preferable
