POSITION SUMMARY

· Perform general duties in recruitment and induction program.
· Assist HR & Admin. Officer in performing the Human Resources duties.
· Monitor and update staff records and keep in confidential means

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND EXPECTATIONS

· Carry out recruitment work independently :

- Post Jobs on media

- Screen applications

- Conduct interviews

- Liaise with hiring departments and make recommendations

· Carry out induction program to new clerical staff

· Prepare monthly payroll sheet

· Maintain job description records for all levels

· Update the company and departmental organization charts

· Update sick and annual leave records

· Provide orientation training to new clerical staff

· Update and maintain staff records, maintain staff personal file

· Prepare employment letter and reference letter

· Exit interview for junior clerical staff and make analyst accordingly

· Update resignation records

· Involve in other HR programs.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE

Academic:

· Bachelor degree or above with 2 years relevant working experience

· Good English and Mandarin

Skill/knowledge:

· Good communication & interpersonal skill

· Good computer skill

· Able to work independently
