职位描述
Job responsibilities:
- Fully responsibility for the business growth in his territory
- Develop and maintain customer relationship to support GPT's position as the continued vendor of choice. Understand the customer business; processes and key issues, ensure that GPT's capabilities are consistent with customer requiements and understood by both parties.
- Manager accoutns and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Coordinate and guide activities with GPT global as they relate to applicable accounts.
- To make commercial proposals and conduct commercial negotiations.
- Work with NSM to negotiate contracts with customers within GPT guidelines.
- Ensure all quotations / orders and all other customer communication to be handled promptly and accurate.
- Accurately communicate customer needs, complaints, and potentials to internal GPT departments
- Use CRM as basic tool for business planning and project management.
- Continuous learning skills/knowledges
- Exercise good expense control within budget.
Job Requirements:
- at least 3 year experience in direct/solution sales epxerience in Water and Construction or allied industry;
- technical background in mechanical industry;
- good business sense and proven sales performance.
- basic English in both reading and writing;
- good communication and negotiation skill;
- positive attitude.
- strong business growth mindset
- good presentation skills.
- previous experience in technical position.
- Water and Construction market knowledge.
- CRM experience.
- distributor development experience.
