-For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in CHANGSHA,we are looking for a Operational Service Engineer / 运维工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. 为客户提供低压集抄运行维护的相关咨询服务，帮助客户梳理运维相关工作流程；

-Provide consulting service related to operation and maintenance of low-voltage group reading for customers; assist customers to go through working process of operational service;

2. 使用系统/工具进行低压集抄现场勘察、调试、故障排查等工作；

-Conduct onsite inspection, debugging and troubleshooting for low-voltage group reading via system/tool;

3. 使用系统/工具进行低压档案清理、缺数分析、线损分析等工作；

-Organize low-voltage archived records, analyze lost records and line loss via system/tool;

4. 监督及管理施工外包商的工作，和用户以及施工外包商进行良好的沟通与合作；

-Supervise the sub-contractors; coordinate the communication and cooperation between customers and sub-contractors;

5. 针对现场较复杂的问题出具问题分析报告及解决方案；

-Formulate analysis report and solution for complicated issues onsite;

6. 定期汇总现场运行数据，汇报给公司负责人。

-Gather operational data on periodical basis and report to company executive.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电力自动化、电力系统或相关专业毕业；

-Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Electric Power Automation, Electric Power System or related profession;

2. 具有两年以上从事现场低压集中抄表及电能计量方面的工作经验，熟悉载波集中抄表技术及电能计量专业方面的知识；

-2 years or above experience in onsite low-voltage group reading and electric energy metering; proficiency in PLC Technology and electric energy metering;

3. 对低压集抄系统数据流程及低压集抄现场排查流程有一定的了解；

-Familiar with low-voltage group reading process and troubleshooting process;

4. 具有良好现场协调能力，能够应对处理工程现场出现的各种状况；

-Communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skill facing various situations in project site;

5. 会看台区平面图，能使用AUTOCAD等工具设计制作台区平面图；

-Able to read plan of power distribution area and compose plans via tools such as AUTOCAD;

6. 能适应现场工作，思路清晰，吃苦耐劳，具有良好的沟通能力、责任心和团队协作精神，能适应经常出差。

-Well-organized, hardworking, good communication skills, reliable and teamwork spirit; accept frequent travel.
