工作描述：

1、 对客户的每票发货进行及时跟踪记录，并将到货信息及时邮件发出。

2、 对下级承运商进行监控和管理，并记录KPI。

3、 突发事件及时上报，并积极和客户及承运商进行先期沟通解决。

4、 每月及时提报帐单和客户对帐，并通知财务开票。

5、 对下级承运商的帐单进行初审（与TMS系统内数据核对）

6、 根据发货凭证及时将当天的发货数据录入TMS系统

7、 及时向承运商回收到货凭证并归档。



职位要求：

1、 专科以上学历，三年以上物流客服或物流相关岗位的工作经验。

2、 有很强的客户服务意识，及良好的客户沟通技巧。

3、 熟练掌握MS- Excel、Word、Powerpoint等办公软件。

4、 熟悉TMS运输管理系统。

5、 要有强烈的责任心及吃苦耐劳的品质。
