Job Responsibility:

• Involved in end to end retail marketing activities, from concepting, planning, to execution
• Using customer insight, data, and experience, work with a team to create strategic marketing campaigns that are on time, on brand, and impactfu Manage creative agency and suppliers to ensure deliverables are on brand, on time, and impactful; this can include artwork, copy review as well as project and resource management
• Work collaboratively with our digital team to ensure that in-store and online campaigns are consistent and/or integrated
• Ensure POS tools and systems are produced and delivered to stores in a timely manner
• Assist in developing campaign guides and briefs for operations teams, deliver regular briefings and updates with operations
• Actively monitor competitors in the marketplace, observe and learn from great practices beyond our industry for inspiration and innovation
• Compile post-campaign data for review and assessment
• Regularly communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Operations Excellence, Operations, Food, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure all teams are kept in the loop with marketing activities
• Demonstrate both commercial acumen as well as understanding of brand

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 3~6 years of working experience with international brands in the retail, lifestyle, luxury, or F&B, either from corporate or agency side
• an understanding of a customer’s retail journey and experience, and how to best utilize print assets and tools to spread brand awareness and/or increase sales
• A passionate customer of the coffee and cafe lifestyle
• Very detail-oriented
• Excellent at prioritizing, multi-tasking and effectively managing resources and dead-lines
• A team player, at the same time self-moti-vating and able to work independently
• A good listener with strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
