Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the job)
Lead all types of customer meetings execution to make sure the activities comply with all company policies, procedures and other regulations and ensure a good cooperation/coordination with relevant business teams to achieve the targeted result and savings, and increase customer satisfaction.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )
1. Lead overall event implementation for assigned meetings to ensure all of them comply with company policies, procedures and regulations
2. Based on business understanding, develop execution plan & detailed requirements of C&Es with internal customers
3. Cooperate with internal customers to communicate market and product trends, learn best case from competitors, analyze customer needs and requests in order to identify best event solutions to drive and achieve customer satisfaction and make sure our activities aligned with brand strategy
4. Engage the creative process of C&E and provide the contribution; continuously improve the capabilities to be the expert for C&E design and execution to provide more contribution for business
5. Cooperate with sourcing team on vendor selection and evaluation
6. Cooperate with Logistics team to make sure smooth and excellent execution for all types of customer meetings
7. Collect external customer feedback during the meeting and provide them to internal customers
8. Provide analysis report on category ,amount, participants and other facts after activities closed
9. Provide training for C&E operation guidance to internal customer
10. Achieve departmental objectives in terms of marketing strategy, targeted result, event and compliance management, saving target
11. Manage key event/congress timelines and deliverables to ensure all elements are being created, produced and delivered on time
12. Act as lead day-to-day event manager to ensure all teams are aligned and engaged as needed
13. Coordinate communication among business team, FF and C&E logistics team
14. Build strategy for emergency case handling
Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)
Education: College/University degree
Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English
Competencies & Experience Required:
? Minimum 5 years marketing experience including 2 years project management
experience in multinational company
? Mature, independent , result-oriented, willing to learn from others to grow
? Good communication / collaboration skill and leadership
? Creative, dynamic, and proactive individual who has a passion for C&E execution
? Capable of handling multi-tasks under pressure and working in a problem-solving
environment
? Team player—focus on winning as a team rather than individually
? Frequent business travel is required (70% plus working time)
