Introduction：
-For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai we are looking for a Financial Analyst at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
-Preparation of relevant Management & KPI reporting such as Headcount, Expenses, Fixed Assets with necessary analysis to meet the annual target shared for overall assistant service engineer team
-Responsible of the business administration activities: Planning for overall service engineer headcount with related technical partner, monthly review, coordinate with CS management for headcount development monitoring
-daily travel expense check and approval for assistant service engineer team
-CS commercial related process for APP set-up and maintain according to financial guideline and business development full
-quarterly Rolling forecast and annual planning as commercial partner to CS ASE team including HC, expenses and FA
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Analytical ability and executive summary ability
- Strong technical skill on software, SPIRIDON. ESPRIT. Microsoft offices, etc
- Strong communication skills
- Sound knowledge in business controlling and finance.
- Demonstrated good knowledge in analyzing and interpreting data in finance/business/accounting areas.
- Similar experience in MNCs with business and operation process understanding.
