Purpose:
This role will join the SAP project PMO as the IT project manager to partner with business project manager (SAP project director) and external PM to plan and manage the whole SAP project lifecycles in Greater China area.
Post implementation, this role will be responsible for ongoing support, maintenance and enhancement.

Accountabilities and Critical Results:
- ERP implementation, rollout and enhancement
- ERP daily maintenance and support
- Metrics oriented service
- High performing and highly motivated workgroup

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, analysis and definition of high-level ERP strategies and solutions through functional and technical expertise and an understanding of the business
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise application suite (ERP/CRM/SCM…) that will identify the strategic requirements related to people and processes necessary for the success of projects
- Lead the planning, estimating, management and delivery processes of a project with the goal of realizing maximized benefits with minimized risks for the stakeholder
- Lead the process of identifying, analyzing, mitigating and responding to project financial; operational; security and legal threats - both real and anticipated
- Ensure clearly defined business goals and expectations; directing the utilization of efficient and effective processes and standards in order to continuously improve the quality of processes, products and services
- Lead the effort to identify vendors that meet specified requirements
- Developing a high-performing, motivated workgroup to achieve project goals and realize added value to business
- Lead the process of determining resource status and requirements, deploying resources to points of need, and coordinating sourcing and outplacement to ensure organizational goals are met in a timely fashion
- Lead the design and implementation of a metrics program to track and report on key performance indicators for a project, workgroup, or organization
- Establish and manage to follow the SoPs for routine maintenance. And Avoid the disruption to the business and ensure the SLA and other predefined operation metrics is met

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Required Skills
- Business acumen as a business partner
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Good understanding about enterprise application landscape and implementation life cycle.
- Good understanding about retail or ecommerce business will be preferred
- Team work and Collaboration
- PMP Certified will be an advantage
- Good Command in both English and Chinese is a MUST


Required experience
- 6+ years working experience in ERP implementation and support area with 2+ years managerial experience
- Bachelor degree above in computer science ,software engineering or related
- Sound track record for 2+ successful ERP implementation under the role of project manager . SAP Project Management experience is highly preferred
- Deep experience on at least one of the SAP ERP core modules (FI/CO,SD, MM)will be a plus
