职位描述
Audit Job Responsibilities:
? Conduct audits in complex, judgmental and specialized areas. Plan engagements, define audit scope / objectives, develop audit programs, analyze audit evidence, identify audit issues, and propose solutions to be discussed with senior management to initiate change and improve the effectiveness of the control environment or business process.
? Prepare comprehensive working papers that are consistent with generally accepted auditing standards, accounting principles, and internal departmental standards.
? Direct all activities within assigned projects, including communicating with client management, establishing project milestones, completing and monitoring fieldwork progress, providing updates to audit management in the US.
? Prepare and deliver presentations to client management, and senior management. Draft clear and concise audit reports identifying key risks and value-added recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the internal control environment.
? Develop and maintain ongoing working relationships and facilitate risk assessment meetings with management. Assist in the identification and analysis of risks and provide input into the annual audit plan.
Experience, Skills and Education:
? Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must.
? Experience with data analytics such as ACL, SAS, Tableau, Access or Excel is a plus.
? Ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of prior business experience, inclusive of both public accounting and/or internal audit experience. Other multidimensional corporate experience is a plus.
? Certified Public Accountant or equivalent preferred. Other professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CFE a plus.
? Comprehensive understanding of the professional standards governing the audit process, and financial and operational auditing and accounting principles.
? Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management is required. Energetic, passionate, self-motivated, results-oriented professional. Candidate must be detail-oriented while also having the ability to think strategically. Must be able to multi-task, work collaboratively with others, and work effectively and efficiently with minimum direction.
? Fully developed written and verbal communication skills are required. Must have the ability to identify the most important information and significant risks from a large amount of detailed information and communicate a high-level message in a clear, concise, logical manner to senior management.
? Strong analytical and decision making skills.
? Understanding of investigative and forensic techniques is a strong plus.
