Introduction:
-For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for a Senior Logistics Officer at earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
-Responsible for Revenue booking & Delivery Forecast and Revenue & Delivery realization in region
-Ensure all project implementation related issues from contract to Project Handing Over
-Coordination between BA, Sales, PM, Siemens Germany , Factory to make Revenue happen proactively
-Urging the buyer for L/C issuance
-Confirm delivery date to the Factories base on the payment and PM on site feedback
-Delivery handling with factory , local OEM vendor, buyer, end-user, forwarder and PM, including short, wrong delivery

-Damage delivery handling with the coordination with insurance company, factory, Buyer, Sales, PM and forwarder
-Maintain SAP system according to the Project progress:
-Turnover booking in system
-Accrual and reversal the relevant costs and do contract implementation base on the accrual cost
-Cost booking in SAP WBS
-Check Project cost overview report

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Bachelor (international trading, Logistic management is preferred) or above
-Knowledge in International Trade is Basic
-SAP knowledge and project background is preferred
-Basic knowledge in Contract Management and Tax
-Fluent both written and spoken English
-Team spirit
