职位描述
-For our Healthcare Sector we are looking for a Procurement Engineer at the earliest opportunity.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Participate in the product manufacturing and/or product development process in undertaking and pushing forward semi-complex cost reduction measures (design to cost, target costing, standardization, key data, etc.) to achieve target costs for materials and reduce overall material costs.
2. Be responsible for reagnet plant set up indirect/direct material sourcing acivities, smoothly transfer new projects of procurement roles.
3. Deploys & drives the Supplier performance monitoring processes, that ensure transparency in suppliers selection in phase with global suppliers strategy.
4. Managing the professional and constructive relationship with both Internal and External clients/suppliers.
5. Deploys the Global procurement tools that will ensure visibility to procurement activity management.
-Manages the day-to-day Projects and Function reporting needed for procurement.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. 3-5 years experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain background.
2. Bachelor's Degree in life science/chemical relative major.
3. Influence/communication - establishes good relationships; drives change across functional Preferred Qualifications.
4. Sourcing experience in Biotechnology, medical device, medicine and reagent plant is a plus.
