Responsibilities:
1. Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analytics services to business stakeholders.
2. Manage and maintain the local data warehouse and databases as DBA
3. Produce and Develop routine team content scorecard, vendor scorecard, and team project scorecard to facilitate the team business metrics tracking for leadership’s decision making.
4. Monthly team BI update issuing with operation between team project stakeholder.
5. Team BI sites maintenance, including asp.net/c# team site and SharePoint team site.
6. Communicate effectively with other disciplines of the project team regarding reporting changes, enhancements, and modifications to management so that issues and solutions are understood.
7. Work in conjunction with other teams to track accurate data within team targeted goal.

Requirement & qualification:
1. A BA/BS or equivalent knowledge in Computer Science, Information Management, Software Engineering or related field.
2. 3 years related BI or equivalent is preferred.
3. Experience with SQL, ETL design, query optimization, and data warehouse or data conversion delivery and support.
4. Self-motivated and directed - able to work independently, effectively prioritize and multi-task, but understands when to seek out help from manager/supervisor.
5. Keen attention to detail and good sense of data and trends.
6. Ability to work effectively and independently with stakeholders, PM, cross team and senior leadership.
7. Proven communication, problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
8. Good project management skill and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
