Job purpose
This position is to assist in administrative work and stock or inventory stuff for Vogmask business.

Job Responsibilities
- Entering sales data from company website, TaoBao, JD and distributors to the Company's administration/sales system, called ERP.
- Mailing-out orders with kuai di and ensuring payments are taken accurately and logged in the ERP
- Ensuring ERP data is accurate and updated quickly. Sending daily ERP sales reports to Director of Vogmask and CEO of parent company, RBMJ
- Working with retail stores and distributors around China to ensure they are well-stocked
- Supporting the Executive Assistant in issuing invoices to distributors
- Working with Director to place orders for new masks when needed
- Coordinating with the parent company, RBMJ, to manage imports of new masks from America and Korea
- Helping to set-up and run events stands and trade shows. Some occasional travel inside China may be required.
- Some administrative tasks relating to the parent company
- Some cover of Executive Assistant role when needed
- Any other tasks required by the Director
