? Responsible for uniform arrangement to all service technicians.
? 负责技术人员的工服安排、分发和统计工作。
? Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual data record from service technicians.
? 负责技术服务人员每周、每月、季度和年度的数据统计。
? Responsible for ASS employees reimbursed, according to financial department policy to submit and arrangements on time, information sharing with everyone.
? 负责售后部门内部员工的报销工作,按照财务部门的规定,按时提交和安排,做到无缝对接,及时将财务部门信息与大家共享。
? Responsible for making air test and filter change report for corporate customers in Beijing, including (Mercedes-Benz and Chevron) in branch city.
? 负责制作北京地区公司客户的空气检测和滤芯更换的报告,同时包括分公司服务的大客户公司(奔驰和雪佛龙)
? Responsible for update Beijing machine repair tracking form and collect each branch data, at the end of each month to make monthly report.
? 负责对北京和各分部的机器维修数据的统计工作,并制作月底报告。
? Responsible for handling and resolving all issues from Jingdong customer feedback.
? 负责处理和解决京东客户反馈的所有问题。
? Responsible for the management and use of a small warehouse , including new machinery , new parts , filter supplies , car in storage, all the items in the order placed , waiting for the repair of machines and the number of machines waiting for delivery statistics and arrangements.
? 负责小库房的管理使用,包括新机器、新零件、滤芯耗材、车载的入库,所有物品按顺序摆放,等待修理机器和等待派送机器的数量统计及安排。
? Responsible for department meetings records and statistics work.
? 负责部门例会记录和数据统计工作。
? Responsible for resolving Beijing and other cities after sale problems.
? 负责解决北京客户和其他城市客户的售后问题。
? Responsible for monthly statistics from the service technicians, As a department manager ratings reference
? 负责对技术服务人员每月评估信息的统计,作为部门经理评分的参考。
? Obey and timely completion of the work arranged from department manager and ensures the quality and efficiency of the work.
? 服从并按时完成部门经理安排的工作,确保工作的质量和效率。
? Responsible driver’s weekly, monthly statistics and information recorded history of accident records.
? 负责司机每周、每月的历程数据统计和事故发生率的信息记录。
? Depending on the needs of each department, make delivery schedule for service technicians to improve the quantity and level of service delivery.
? 根据各部门的需求,做好技术服务人员行程单的排班工作,提高送货数量和服务水平。
? In charge department property ( air testers use and regular cleaning , etc. , POS machines )
? 负责部门内部财产的管理(空气测试仪的使用和定期清洁等,POS机)
? Complete other works arranged by department managers.
? 完成部门经理安排的其他工作。
