Job Description:
职位描述:
-Planning function district of public area of factory and inside office area, such as wastage location, green, car parking space, office furniture layout…;
-Ensures that all preventive maintenance is performed;
-Maintain the utility systems in the company, incl. natural gas, electricity power, water, cooling and heating system, boiler, building…;
-Establish and update preventive maintenance plans for various system, and implement the plan on time;
-Oversee ongoing operations of the utility system, ensure operating at the optimum efficiency;
-Make out the purchasing plan of spare parts according to maintenance plan, and manage spare parts stock;


Qualification and Requirements
任职要求:
-Bachelor/college degree;
-At least 2 years experience in maintenance of industrial manufacturing machinery;
- Electronic certificate, safe certificate…which is related to industrial machinery are needed;
-Service-oriented, co-operative attitude, strong patience with repetitive work, good communication ability, working experience in foreign enterprise is preferred;
-Good English listening, writing and speaking ability;
-Skill for office software as well as AutoCAD;
-Male is preferred
