Job Description:
1. In charge of national training system, including policy, maintenance and development;
2. Prepare training materials provided to all levels, including Sephora BA, sales assistant, promoters, city manager, office manager and above etc.;
3. Annual training programs planning and execution;
4. Survey training needs, find out problems, investigate competitors’ information etc., to create new training programs or improve current programs on regular basis;
5. Monitor check up system to ensure the efficiency of training courses delivered;
6. Collaboration with sales team and marketing team to build up strong competency model of sales forces;
7. Responsible for sales assistant, promoters management, including interview, KPI set up & assessment, team development etc.
8. Responsible for Sephora channel training national-wide.

Qualification and Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with major in Business / Marketing is desirable, but not a must.
2. Relative experience (by priority from retail and cosmetics industry).
3. Strong leadership skills, minimum 3 years on managerial level.
4. Good presentation, communication, planning and organizing skills.
5. Good command of oral and written English.
6. Proactive, open and patient.
7. Able to work in a fast-growing environment and to be self-motivated.
8. Able to travel frequently for Sephora on-field training.
