We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design. We embed sustainability principles in every design.

Responsibilities:

？ Responsible for team of building services engineers.
？ Project management: responsible for financial management of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and that the project stays on schedule and staff are working together effectively.
？ Serve as a technical expert in building engineering practices.
？ Play a key role in client management and client satisfaction.
？ Lead marketing efforts to current clients and is instrumental in identifying and attracting new clients.

Requirements:

？ Bachelor degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent. Master degree is preferred.
？ 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience in structural engineering and project management, at least 3 years in China. Candidates with less experience will be considered for less senior positions.
？ Registered / Chartered Engineer of a recognized professional institution
？ Solid technical knowledge of structural discipline.
？ Familiar with PRC design codes and standards
？ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
？ Native Mandarin speaker.

？ 统筹、管理项目各项工作，包括财务管理，控制项目进度，领导团队高效合作；
？ 项目相关的专业技术判断；
？ 负责客户管理，满足客户需求；
？ 维护现有客户群，挖掘新客户。
要求：
？ 结构工程、土建或相关专业本科学历，硕士优先；
？ 三至五年构工程和项目管理工作经验。经验未满的候选人将被推荐至其他职级职位；
？ 持有专业机构颁发的注册或特许工程师资质；
？ 对专业知识有深入的了解；
？ 熟悉中国的设计规范和准则；
？ 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力；
？ 中文流利。
