Responsibilities:
Lead technical team to deliver project tasks.

Lead internal technical supervision, training and skill development.

Perform team/resources planning and management.

Perform project management and administration.

Perform client care and liaison as well as external communication.

Recruit more technical talent and experts.

Perform business development and promote AECOM branding in the market place.


Requirements:
Minimum 15 years post graduate experience in structural engineering with at least the recent 5 years in Asia, preferable in China.

In depth technical knowledge of structural design in various applications.

Familiar with China design codes and standards.

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Engineer.

Recognized professional qualifications such as MIStructE, MHKIE, 1RSE-PRC.

Recognized degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. Post-graduate degree preferred.
