KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for recruitment of Philips business units, ensure meeting recruiting targets

Shortlist suitable candidates using internal and external data bases

Maintain sourcing channels, marketing of positions to candidates via these channels

Making sure that the whole recruitment process is updated into our recruitment system

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:
We are looking for a highly self-motivated & outgoing personality preferably with at least 1 year’s working experience in recruitment in a multinational company. To succeed you will need a high level of energy and the ability to sell (yourself and Philips to candidates).

REQUIREMENTS:

1-5 years’ working experience in recruiting

Strong understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure; Very good understanding of the company's positions in the marketplace; Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures; Strong understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes and tools

Experience in using market leading sourcing channels to effectively source external candidates including recruitment agencies and job boards

Good understanding of pipeline management

Strong team player, good communication skill

Fluent English
