职位描述
? Responsible for the formulation of customer service standards and all sorts of working norms, guiding and training the staff in the department.
? Continuously promote working quality, and then improve the customers' degree of satisfaction
? Form and improve all working and management process, and continuously improve work effi-ciency
? Responsible for the continuous improvement and promotion of the team management and atmosphere
? Responsible for managing, maintaining and upselling post-sale communications with our
clients.
? Responsible for analysis and reporting for advertising campaigns.
? Communicate issues and concerns with the Operations team.

? Ensure prompt payment from the clients.

? Optimize and monitor Campaigns and help increase revenue and margins. Troubleshooting operational issues.
? Understand the client’s business objectives and maintaining good relationship with them
? Analyze internet campaign metrics and determine the performance for ads being served.
? Partner closely with operations team to ensure onboarding of publishers and increase maxi-mum potential reach within each geography.
1. Experience: 5-8 years of experiences in Internet/advertising/e-commerce and other related fields
2. Have more than 3 years experience of team building and management
3. Strong analytical skills. Able to perform data analysis to extract campaign optimization insights.
4. Overview understanding of Internet marketing and traffic tracking practices (SEO, SEM, GA); Basic understanding of Internet technology (HTML, Javascript, XML, PHP).
5. Experience invoicing and managing collections preferred
6. Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or Business from a reputed Institute
7. Soft skills:
? Has appreciation of technology and its ability to create value in the marketing domain
? Articulate & insightful with mid-level client/vendor executives
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Active & contributing team member that leads by example
? Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to set and meet commitments
8. Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
