职位描述
* Manage a diverse and geographically distributed team of architects, analysts, developers, and testers for the delivery of a portfolio of projects for external customers (end user organizations such as banks)
* Engage closely and frequently with customers, build an effective working relationships to ensure project success
* Maintain project plans
* Track, manage and report actual vs planned expenditure, making sure that the project stays within mandated profitably targets
* Conduct regular team meetings and publish regular reports on progress and schedules to stakeholders
* Ensure that project quality goals are met and that test results are updated in provided tools
* Set and follow up on improvement metrics for your team in areas such as code quality, defect rates etc.
* Perform a range of necessary administrative tasks such as validating the timesheet entries of your team, and approval of vacation requests
* Record and track team risks and issues and change logs in Jira, ensuring accurate information is maintained. Create risk mitigation strategies as required.
* Update project information on a timely basis in company defined knowledge bases
* Continually monitor the effectiveness of team and the processes that are used. Identify and recommend process and tool improvements to provide increased team productivity as required.
* Ensure that software development processes are followed by the team.
* Establish an effective working relationship with our offshore development centres in India and China and colleagues who work in various locations worldwide
* Liaise with the Unified Payments Group (UPG) team to ensure that the product meets requirements they have defined.
* Liaise with Delivery Managers of associated projects to ensure that dependencies are managed and communicated.
* Some limited sales support may be required
* After implementation, track and report on customer support issues, if necessary meeting with the clients on site to maximise CSAT
* Other management tasks as directed.
* English is compulsory.
* Location is Shenzhen.
