职位描述

Key Responsibilities
1. Organize internal training programs:
· Source for training suppliers/vendors/partners based on the training needs identified by the L&D function
· Liaise with trainers and business partners to determine the location, time, facilities and training support required for training activities
· Provide administrative support to the design and development of training program and content
· Plan, organize, coordinate and monitor all training activities which include: review and confirm the list of participants, prepare training attendance sign-in for trainees, production of training materials and tools prior to the session/workshop, distribution of training materials and evaluation feedback forms, monitor the attendance of trainees, consolidate and prepare post training evaluation and analysis reports.
· Prepare tools and equipment and materials prior to each training session/workshop
· Other related work and assignment to fulfill training program and sessions


2. Organize external training programs:
· Source and contact external parties for training courses and work with the Procurement Team for the selection of external training suppliers/vendors/partners
· Prepare investment plan and cost comparison analysis for approval prior to the bidding and selection process
· Prepare compliance procedures guideline and agreement for employee and management concerned prior to the commencement of appointed and approved training program
· Provide administrative support with the documentation and certificates of attendance for record


3. Preparation of training materials:
· Partner with trainers and functional team leaders to build up training schedule for training sessions/workshops and training materials
· Provide administrative support for the creation, design, development and production of training documents
· Translate and proof read training documents developed by training team to ensure optimal quality for all training materials
· Manage inventory of training materials and submit requisition for production to ensure continuous supply of materials required by each program/initiative
· Maintain, back up and update content of training materials as stipulated by the training team


4. Manage the training records of the company:
· Keep up to date records on all training, coaching and development activities
· Archive records of training and coaching plan/calendar, post training evaluation, coaching log and review analysis report, assessment reports, training attendance hours, action plan
· Send monthly reports as stipulated to the management concerned
· Prepare monthly and quarterly trend analysis reports for sales and service performance
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Primary Competencies:
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in working with all levels of staff

· Detail-oriented, resourceful with good initiative

· Flexible to work extra hours as well as on weekends for work related activities
Language Competencies:
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Computer Skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education
· Bachelor degree or above
Experience
· At least 3 years working experience in administration and coordination capacity
· Prior working experience in MNC, retail service or hospitality experience is highly preferred
