Overall Purpose of Job:
 
- Responsible for market promotion and application development for Water treatment 、Machine industry and Residential building service related products and applications.
- Provision of support to professional pump sales team and regional sales force and customers in terms of applications, project sales, system solutions, documentation, calculations, technical consultant, training .
- To development and maintain long-term cooperation relationship with Key account manager
- Extend product application range and search new business opportunities.

Main Tasks:
 
- To development and maintain long-term cooperation relationship with customers in west China.
- Provide technical support to internal support unit, service unit and customers as regards choice of products, applications, system solutions, etc.
- Product & system application training to customers or internal colleagues inclusive training the trainers.
- Support to industry Water treatment 、Machine industry and Residential building service related project selling.
- Input to segment technical documentation.
- Collect information on competing products and activities and competitor’s activities.
- Co-ordination of campaigns and exhibitions in cooperation with marketing.
- To prepare the relative training and promotion materials on products and application.
- To carry out market research for specific products
- Maintenance of application knowledge and support tools.
- To complete other tasks supervisor assigned.
Education and training:
- Diploma or degree holder in water supply & drainage, environmental engineering,hydraulic machinery or mechanical and/or electronic related field.
- Good English skill.
- Skilled in Office Software and Auto-CAD.
 
Experiences:
 
- More than 3 years technical experience in pump industry/automotive industry.
- Experience with pumps Service is preferred.
- Able to solve technical problems effectively & efficiently.
- Ability to work independently
