Context
The Watch & Jewelry China office, carrying 5 LVMH W&J brands namely TAG Heuer, Hublot, Zenith, Chaumet and DeBeers, is hiring a temp to cover partially the scope of the FP&A manager who’s on maternity leave from Feb. 2014 to June. 2014. The appointed will be based in Shanghai and report to the Financial & Operation Director directly. |
Mission Statement
Focus on Zenith & Hublot. To produce monthly and ad-hoc sales & financial analysis, also manage Revised 1 budgeting process from timetable planning, follow-up with commercial team to final production and upload of the figures. |
Main Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities - To produce monthly sales analysis & financial reports to Brands / Regional / local management. - To fully manage Revised 1 process in both project management and P&L planning & consolidation. - To assist on specific projects per request from Financial & Operation Director. (1) Monitor Zenith & Hublot actual business result through monthly reporting - Report sell-in data
- Report and analyze sell-out data:
- Report and prepare comments for monthly financial results
(2) Fully manage Zenith & Hublot Revised 1 process - Confirm and manage deadlines with Sales / Marketing / Operations / Accounting throughout the process - Plan and consolidate Sales to Gross Margin based on Sales and Operations input - Plan boutique by boutique OPEX including Rent, Site services, Depreciation etc. - Plan FA depreciation and consolidate CAPEX list based on Sales input - Review, challenge and consolidate central OPEX from Accounting, and Marketing Scope from Marketing - Consolidate total P&L and upload to SyRUS system using standardized template - Review and explain the variances of each P&L line R1 vs. initial Budget. (3) Assist specific projects per request from Financial & Operation Director - CAPEX submission - Presentation preparation mainly P&L comments - Other ad-hoc analysis |
Job Requirements
Education / Working Experience Requirements | |
· Preferably MBA student, or with at least 2 years FP&A working experience. | |
Foreign language Skills | |
· Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin | |
