RESPONSIBILITIES:

？ Perform 3-way match in SAP system for third party payables

？ Responsible for all intercompany transactions, including both AR and AP

？ Arrange payment according to payment term

？ Make some journal entries for monthly closing, including payroll, expense accrual, etc.

？ Perform account reconciliations for AP and GR/IR(Goods Received/Invoice Received) accounts every month and coordinate with procurement department/logistic department to close open item on time

？ Support both external audit and internal audit

？ Any other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements)

？ Bachelor degree with major in accounting or finance

？ 3 years' relevant experience in accounting and audit, experience with AP accountant preferred

？ Knowledge in Excel and exposure to SAP preferred

？ Good in oral and written English

？ A strong team player with good communication skills

？ High integrity and strong ethical values

？ Independent worker and self-starter acting with a strong sense of achievement and urgency
