岗位职责:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Provide functional and technical support in the analysis, design, and support phases of application development projects
?Ability to focus on conceptual design and problem solving and in systems analysis through design, coding and testing of solution
?Develop, test and maintain interfaces between WebSphere portal applications and other internal and external systems
?Provide technical Production Support for end users and stakeholders; resolve software bugs and issues with vendor and internal administrators
?Collaborate effectively with a global team of project managers, business analysts, administrators, quality assurance and others situated in the U.S., Italy and elsewhere
?Work closely with administrators on the technical administration, tuning and monitoring of the listed systems
?Global scope of the applications and IT team requires occasional night and weekend work
?Follow software development standards, procedures and techniques; develop and execute effective test plans to ensure quality and stability
?Participate in the evaluation, design and development of web-based applications for Portal
?Create and maintain documentation for assigned implementations

任职资格:

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
?Development experience with IBM WebSphere Portal (v. 6.1/8.0), Java, HTML, CSS, Java Script, Oracle Database, LDAP and basic Networking understanding
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must be fluent with Business level English
?Able to understand and apply standard solutions and best practices to create a scalable, resilient, and agile integration environment that is suitable for growth (i.e. new markets, mergers/acquisitions, evolving system landscapes, etc.).
?Excellent customer service mindset and works well within teams
?Able to take direction well, then operate independently; self-starter is essential
?Able to address and resolve issues quickly, while focusing attention to detail
?Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
?Able to manage multiple, changing priorities with good time management
?Working knowledge in multi-tier application architecture

?Experience with Collaborative workspace platforms; IBM Connections (v3.5) and integration with WS portal experience a plus
?Experience with Chat utilities, IBM Sametime a plus
?Experience with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, Hibernate)
?Familiarity with F5 Load Balancer, Novell Access Manager
?Web Services, SOA
?Experience with Quality Life Cycle methodology
?Eclipse MVC Architecture STRUTS/Spring

EDUCATION:
?Bachelor’s degree in related field required
?Fluent with business level English both orally and written

EXPERIENCE:
?1-2 years of related experience
?Knowledge of industry standard integration technologies
?A clear and practical understanding and experience integrating technical services which support applications and users in the organization
?Experience communicating by phone and with customers collecting requirements and implementation details, implementing solutions, and providing technical support
?Able to travel internationally as required
