岗位职责:

General Function and Primary Responsibilities:
?Triage, troubleshoot and fix production reported issues.
?Analyze, design, code, test and deploy minor enhancements into production with standard releases.
?Work with development team/s in thoroughly understanding changes they are implementing with the releases and act as a gatekeeper for changes going into production.
?Work with appropriate infrastructure teams in troubleshooting any performance issues and remediating the same.
?Participate in performance testing activities when needed and troubleshoot issues to fine tune systems.
?Participate in various audits to provide necessary information
?Support for disaster recovery testing initiatives
?Make periodic updates of application documentation to keep support documents current
?Participate in change and innovation
?Maintain and comply with secrecy, privacy and security requirements.
