岗位职责：
1.战略与策略规划：参与公司战略制定，并根据公司战略制定本部门中长期策略；
2.目标与预算管控：制订本部门年度、季度、月度工作目标与计划、财务预算，并分解、监控实施；
3.人员管理与团队建设：根据本部门业务发展计划，结合公司相关人事政策，制订本部门人员编制计划和人员发展计划，指导、培养下属不断改善绩效、提高技能，建设高效能团队；
4.内外协调：协调处理正常工作流程之外的例外事项和可能影响公司利益的重大事项。如协助QA对不合格品进行评审、协助采购部门对供方技术能力做出评价、参与供应商管理等；
5.日常管理：审核本部门人员异动、费用支出、资产进出等日常事务；
6.流程与制度建设与改进：研发设计控制流程（Design control system）改进, 例会及定期报告制度建立、监督，部门相关文件的审批；
7.组织搜索产品技术信息及行业信息，对产品研发可行性进行研究，制定产品开发计划；
8.指导部门内项目研发过程中重大问题的解决；
9.定期向上级及Aconlab汇报工作进程及困难点，结合市场变化，提出研发方案调整建议；
10.建立化学发光产品生产技术平台：组织编写并审核生产标准操作流程文件（SOP），组织产品技术转移（transfer），建立生产工艺流程。
岗位要求：
1.化学，生物学及生物工程相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.5年以上相关工作领域的经验；
3.具备较好的英语听说读写能力。
