岗位职责：

1.负责建立、完善生产部设备维护、保养制度，并负责设备的日常保养、维护和一般维修，对生产过程中的设备重大异常情况做出判断，并协调设备部参与维修。

2.维护生产部的设备台帐，保养记录，故障维修记录。完善档案管理。

3.新增设备的申请、接收；对现有设备提出改进方案；工装的设计、委外加工实施与辅导；委外制造设备的设计输入、进展信息上报部门负责人。

4.负责本部门的设备固定资产管理。

5.负责本部门的备品、备件的采购计划。

6.负责协调本部门的设备IQ/OQ工作,负责非重关设备PQ周期性验证工作。

7.联系工程部安装生产基础设施（水、电、气等）以及对其的维护。

8.车间操作人员的设备操作规范培训，并监督管理；负责调整、优化设备操作程序。负责培训现场工装调整、一般故障修理、日常保养人员。

9.负责车间人员的安全培训和安全设施的检查。

10.根据公司生产或环境的变化的需求，提出要购进设备或自制设备的技术指标。

岗位要求：

1.机械、设备、机电一体化等相关行业大专学历；

2.2年以上相关行业设备维护管理工作经验。
