岗位职责:
1、售前技术交流，及时答复销售人员的项目咨询，与销售人员一起拜访客户，快速准确了解客户的需求，现场解答客户提出的技术问题，协助销售部门演示并讲解
，用户现场答疑，向销售人员讲解需求内容，进行需求分析。
1、对公司研发系统和产品（包括硬件和软件）进行现场安装、测试、维护、培训等工作。
2、制定现场实施计划，并进行现场实施；
3、制定客户培训计划，并对客户进行现场培训；
4、对公司产品做相关的售后服务和技术支持，并且做好相应故障分析和排除的服务报告；
5、协同开发部门、测试部门做好项目实施中遇到的各种问题的解决；
6、充分理解客户需求，并能做出概括和总结。
7、收集整理客户意见、建议并及时反馈给公司，同时跟踪进展。


职位要求：
1、 具备大专或以上计算机或相关专业学历。
2、 1年以上IT技术支持工作经验，通信、网络、计算机方面基础知识扎实，有一定的学习能力；计算机软件系统的安装、培训和维护经验。
3、 有优秀的语言表达能力及沟通能力，有较强的团队协作精神，良好的客户服务意识，并有一定的销售意识。
4、 较强的独立工作能力和执行力，能吃苦，身体健康，可随时出差，可接受全国派遣。
