Job Title：North District Finance Controller – BJS

Job Description：

§ To prepare company tax computation in consultation with external consultants.

§ To liaise with the relevant local tax authorities to ensure accurate and timely TAX returns.

§ Develop and maintain relationships with local financial community (Auditors, fiscal office, banks).

§ Coordinate with all parties concerned to ensure accurate and timely provisions are made for monthly

expenditure, accruals and accounts payable through consultation with functional heads.

§ To liaise with internal auditors to ensure an accurate and timely audit.

§ Provide leadership in the definition of the local finance & controlling strategy, policies and procedures

within overall country context, underpinning the success of the business.

§ Develop standardized accounting processing procedures and accounting definitions for China.

§ Develop and ensure adherence to appropriate authorities’ delegations across China.

§ To ensure the timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Regional / Head Office.

§ To monitor and check monthly financial reports for reasonableness and any discrepancies. To ensure timely

preparation of financial schedules.

§ To lead investigate and rectify discrepancies on financial schedules.

§ To lead review and forecast daily bank balances and requirements.

§ Lead, recruit, train and organize development of a motivated finance & controlling team.

§ Evaluate the staff performance of direct reports and ensure that the same is done for the other members of

the team.

Job Requirement：

§ Bachelor degree or above.

§ 10 years relative working experience

§ Very good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills

§ Sound business understanding and high proficiency in operations.

§ Affinity to travel.

§ Proactive and able to work under pressure.

§ Assertive, persistent and able to challenge.

§ Strong communication skills.

§ Able to influence, negotiate and resolve conflict.

§ Fluent in English.
