职位名称：Chief Property Manager

Location：Required to station in Wuhan and monitor other three project in Nanning, Changsha and Nanjing China

Objective

Overall responsibility for the running of the China Retail Assets for a reputable real estate investor. By his strong business sense and property management expertise, able to focus on and maintain the performance of the existing retails assets.

He/she is responsible to formulating business, technical and facility management planning and strategies, handling tendering and contractors, relationship building with local authorities and small landlords as well as ensuring compliance with PRC legislations.

Accountabilities ？

- Asset maintenance and enhancement including: overall leasing and marketing of shopping centre portfolio

- Coordinate and manage Centre Managers to ensure business plan and budget are properly implemented.

- Liaise with professionals including retail landlords, operators, lawyers, government departments, advertising companies & marketing consultants for the preparation of letting launches

- Manage onsite shopping centre management teams

- Provide strategic leasing advice to portfolio landlord

- Provide regular management report to portfolio landlord

- Strengthen existing retail leasing business plus explore potential new tenants.

- Recommend alternative cost-control/ value engineering solutions for the projects and ensure a thorough review of cost estimates, cost plans and cost reconciliation.

要求：

１、房地产相关学科专科以上学历；

２、优秀的英语表达及书写能力；

３、10年以上房地产管理经验，有商场管理经验为佳；

４、亚太地区大型商场管理经验；

５、良好的沟通能力及人脉关系；

６、有能力处理各级别的关系；

７、能够妥善处理业主、客户及传媒的各类事宜；

８、成熟、独立、自我激励（抗压能力强）
