1) Window display
Visual Merchandiser for Southern China (including Guzngzhou, shenzhen, sanya, guiyang, kunming, nanning)
follow and apply the VM corporate Guidelines in all the stores
visit frequently each store to re-merchandise and adjust VM according to the Guidelines
prepare visit feedbacks and visit reports to share with stores and with the Retail Excellence Manager and Director
train the stores every season on the seasonal guidelines, and everytime a VM update is released


Ensure excellent shop window mannequins and accessories display, matching with brand name's style, colour theme of the season as well as promotion strategy Ensure good lighting effects for shop windows and internal display in order to highlight merchandise or theme Conduct research on seasonal display materials
2) Material sourcing
Perform material sourcing under tight schedule and budget

Liaise with suppliers for sourcing materials
3) Workshop production
Arrange delivery of finished props and decoration accessories to shops
4) Others
Any other duties/matters which may be assigned from time to time
participate to the VM Department activities
REQUIREMENTS
- experience of minimum 3 years in Fashion environment as VM
- team worker with good interpersonal skills in order to be the ambassador of the image of the brand in the stores
- based in Beijing
- pro active and problem solving attitude
- English speaking (medium level required)
- Available to travel frequently
- Available to attend eventual long work hours or weekend work if necessary
