Role Summary/Purpose nventory

Specialist of OTR OPSI Team (库存管理专员)
Essential Responsibilities 1. Stock management
a. Work with cross function teams (Planning, manufacturing, Import/Export and commercial) to ensure on time delivery.
b. Stock replenishment, allocation and weekly reporting
c. Work with planning and local regulation teams, place orders and monitor shipments for phase out products to support business growth compliance with regulation.

2. Demo management
a. Work with segment teams and business leaders to make out whole year demo plan
b. Demo stock sell-off, refill and tracking to support business growth
c. As demo local sell-off project operation leader, publish quarterly demo sell-off promotion list, coordinate with Demo Operation team, RA, Repair Center and others to reduce process cycle time
d. Work with ATC (Asia Training Center) and factory to refurbish, refill training equipment and shorten the waiting time
e. Work with modality and regulation teams on CFDA testing equipment ordering, delivery and returning.

3. Other inventory activities
a. Quarterly cycle count and annual physical inventory check
b. Inventory analysis and reporting to local and global team, including ending balance, estimation, inventory turn, aging report by segment, etc;
c. Communicate with different internal channels to clean slow moving and aging inventory;

Qualifications/Requirements

Academic: Bachelor degree in supply chain management or related preferred
Language: Fluent in English with global communication skills
Computer: Familiar with Microsoft Office, Experience on ERP systems, Oracle preferred.
Background: Minimum 2 years of working experience, multinational corporations regarding supply chain management, commercial operation or equivalent preferred.
