POSITION SUMMARY

The Commercial Assurance Specialist will assist the Commercial Assurance Manager in implementing / enhancement of FCPA compliance procedures, assisting in organizing Anti-Corruption / Rules of the Road trainings and other Anti-Corruption / Rules of the Road activities in relation to FCPA and other laws.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in implement/enhance anti-corruption and FCPA compliance policies and procedures throughout Greater China region.
2. He/She will be the first-line interface of Anti-Corruption / Rules of the Road guidelines related matters; will be the first person that associates can consult with about Anti-Corruption / Rules of the Road guidelines.
3. Assist to collate information and data for reporting.
4. Assist in monitoring activities in light of Rules of the Road guidelines.
5. Assist in delivering Anti-Corruption / Rules of the Road trainings.
6. Liaise effectively with relevant internal control functions
7. Proactively identify and seize opportunities to support continuous improvement efforts.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Office applications: skilled Excel, Word and Powerpoint
2. SAP or equivalent ERP environment
3. Fluent in Mandarin and basic English written and spoken skills
4. Proactive and one who takes initiatives
5. Able to think logically and clearly
6. Excellent attention to detail
7. Strong work ethic
8. Ability to travel approximately 20 - 25% to a combination of domestic and international locations

DESIRABLE
1. University Degree, major in Finance or Accounting.
2. 3 – 5 years working experience in related auditing / compliance field. (Big four would be preferred.)
3. Good understanding of business process / internal control concepts.
4. Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
5. Good influencing skills
6. Good learning agility, process effectiveness competency.
7. Strong Analytical Skills
8. Experience working in US multinational desirable but not essential
9. Experience in the area of auditing desirable but not essential
10 Background knowledge or being interested in law desirable but not essential
