Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for account management and account analysis cross Healthcare China P&Ls and regions, to ensure data quality and application security to meet business objectives.

Essential Responsibilities

Consolidate customer databases from various sources into one single database, in joint effort with cross functional teams;
Coordinate cross functions to ensure effectiveness of Customer Data Governance Process;
Data analysis for account management and marketing;
Manage systemic access in business applications to comply with business role hierarchy;
Operate systems to complete routine data management and maintenance;
System training for Sales Operation and Sales team;

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Management;
2+ years experience in commercial operations process, customer service or equivalent experience associate with Information technology;
Demonstrate strong execution skills and ability to drive changes;
Must be proficient with PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Good communication skills
