Job Summary |
- Reporting to Manager, Program & Strategy Mgmt., the incumbent will primarily be supporting major Global Accounts in AP and working with various parties / stakeholders involved to execute ongoing account support, customer service and process improvements across operations to maintain and grow the business.
- The incumbent will also support other tasks assigned by Manager, Program & Strategy Mgmt.
- The position will be based in incumbent home country.
Requirements |
- More than 3 years of experience in supply chain or freight industry, with roles directly linked to sales support, customer service, sales or account management in the 3PL industry.
- Degree or Diploma in Business / Sales, Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Hands-on knowledge in customer service, sales or account management for ocean & air products.
- Proactive and customer-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communicator with ability to communicate at all level within and across the region.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills with proven experience in project management.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Access.
- Able to work well under stress and strict timelines.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities |
? Responsible for Customer Experience through the management of the various touch points in the supply chain
? Responsible for managing the strategy of improving the customer experience, and evaluating opportunities within the supply chain to improve service levels and reduce costs
? Responsible to coordinate and provide direction for customer service initiatives from all stations involved in account and working with operations and customer to deliver a consistent and high level of customer service.
? Reviewing and standardizing Global SOPs
? Identify CEVA’s operation improvement required areas via KPI and escalate to relevant CEVA sites to be addressed and closed accordingly.
? Supporting various customer projects internal/external implementation as a Work stream and Subject Matter Expert in terms of Process and Customer Requirements
? Act as the customer escalation point at regional level
? Provide reports as per required by the customer or internally.
? Responsible for supporting rate request process and customer tariff management.
? Proactively identify, track and resolve global level KPIs or global process/organizational issues.
– Manage list of issues
– Assign ownership, priority and due dates
– Hold people accountable through appropriate review mechanisms (conference calls, etc.)
? Participate in monthly global KPI meetings with internal stakeholders.
? Prepare performance analysis for the purpose of participation in regional QBRs or other customer meetings.
? Drive synergies in the way we perform the business (to increase our margins) and/or identify cost savings/value add ideas to pass on to the Century accounts.
? Schedule, develop agenda for, participate in and send out minutes of periodic CEVA global operations calls.
