职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. To monitor daily operation of the company
2. Supervision and monitor the Production, Maintenance, QA, Personnel & Admin, and Store Department Heads
3. To ensure optimal use of the company’s resources and initiate on cost saving
4. Ensure glove produce are in good quality with efficient low cost
5. To chair the Management Review Meeting and feasibility study on new projects
6. Develop and implement the Quality Management System to ensure that the system is continuously improved and is effective
7. Work towards meeting customers’ requirements to enhance customer satisfactions
8. Ensure appropriate communications and processes are established within the organization
9. To ensure smooth flow of the company’s operation execute and finalize any decision related to daily operations
10. To pre- approve company’s policies, regulations, procedures, and instructions
11. Reports and presents activities, issues and recommendations to Executive Director
12. Any other duties that may be assign from time to time by Executive Director
Requirements:
1. At least 7 to 10 years of working experiences in senior managerial level in glove manufacturing company or related sectors such as plastic, chemical or Vinyl.
2. Solid experiences in manage the factory P & L
3. Strong management background with sound experiences in operation and production (experience in managing a plant with minimum 300 head counts)
4. Strong leadership qualities and maturity
5. Excellent mentoring and people management skills
6. Able to demonstrate honesty, integrity, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
7. Mid 30 to 40’s, non-smoker
8. Degree in Business Management/Engineering/Manufacturing or related qualification.
