Job Description - Essential Duties & Responsibilities

? Lead and manage indirect sourcing activities or projects to ensure savings pipeline- implement professional process from demand/market analysis, to bidding process to supplier selection in alignment with project team/users/requestors
? Cost effective management of sourcing projects, create respective awareness at all internal parties involved
? Main contact for responsible sourcing and procurement relevant aspects
? Main contact for commercially and legally relevant supplier complaints
? Represent Ecolab’s commercial and legal interests towards the suppliers
? Advise internal customers on procurement processes
? Analyze supplier performance, pursue supplier performance improvements
? Create and maintain contracts and framework agreements


Job Description – Requirements
? Integrity and open minded. Embrace change and challenge.
? Strong communication skills (with staff, peers, and upper management) and ability to develop initiatives with other functional leaders inside Ecolab and Supply base
? Capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought.
? BS and above, with at least 3 years’ experience in indirect purchasing in MNC. (logistic, facility, MRO subcategory is preferred)
? English and MS office skill is must, SAP and E-bidding knowledge is plus.
