Key Responsibilities:

- Handle facility maintenance and preventive maintenance 负责设施设备的维护及定期保养

- Facility management to ensure facility safety and continually improve设施设备的管理并确保设施的安全及持续提高

- Handle facility equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance负责设施设备的维护及定期保养

- Handle service request effective from other department负责完成其它部门服务请求的有效性

Be familiar with air-compressor and Air conditioning system and Fire protection system.熟知空压机、空调、冷却塔及其照明消防等设施系统。
Ensures that building, building infrastructure, building services, production and production support equipment are in good/safe working condition. 确保建筑物、建筑物的结构和服务功能、制造和生产支持设备都处于完好、安全的工作状态
-Spare parts management备品备件管理.

Requirement:

-Senior high school or technical secondary，with good operation ability中专或技校毕业，动手能力强

-Good computer literate, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.良好的电脑操作技能，如Excel, Word, PowerPoint

-Correlative certificate， senior Millwright具有相关工作的资质证书（高级工或者技师）

-At least 3 years working for facility repair experience, Foundry plant work experience is preferred.至少三年以上设施维护经验，铸造工厂工作经验优先。
