Position:Maintenance Supervisor- 设备维修主管

Report to Faclity & Equipment Manager

Responsibilities:岗位职责

1、负责生产设备的日常保养维护、异常修理、设备改造工作；建立设备管理制度、维护保养制度，做好设备技术资料的归档工作。

2、编制施工设备的保养计划、设备大中修计划，备件制造和供应计划。

3、负责新设备引进评估、初期架设工作；协助技术部门解决工程异常问题；根据施工发展或项目需要，协同上级制订新设备采购、投资计划，组织设备的选型和申购。

4、负责公司各类设备运行情况的检查、记录、考核以及日常管理工作；及时处理紧急抢修工作，以确保生产的正常进行。

5、分析和解决设备停机的根本原因，降低设备停机率。

6、协调处理工厂设施方面的维修、改造和保养工作。

7、编制设备安全操作规程，做好对操作人员的技术操作考核，签发操作合格证等工作。

8、负责设备备件采购，管理工作。

Requirements:具体要求

1、大专及以上学历，机械、工程、自动化等相关专业。

2、五年以上设备维护管理工作经验。

3、熟悉注塑机，装配线，熟悉设备保养、维修流程及规范和标准。

4、能够对现场设备进行维修维护及故障排除。

5、熟悉PLC编程，熟悉液压，气动以及机械制图能力，熟悉机器人编程优先。

6、熟练使用各种办公软件，熟练操作电脑。

7、熟练的英语书面及口语运用能力。
